Tracy Cousins, Executive Director of the McLennan County Collaborative Abstinence Project (McCAP) shares his ideas about what abstinence means.

as children are feeling the stress of their parents and the economy.
Forty-two percent of adults have reported feeling their stress levels
rise in the past year, while 30% of our children are worrying about
finances. What are the indications of this and what should parents do
to become more aware of their children's stress levels? Children have a
desire to please, so how can we protect our kids from absorbing this
energy? Alan Hilfer, Psychologist at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York helps us understand how to talk about this with our families. Listen Below.
